Manage your own mental wellness with Self Care from AbleTo. Explore guided meditations, journals, mood tracking, and more. Go at your own pace. Or, complete weekly check-ins, and we’ll suggest activities to help you reach your goals. All this and more is available at no additional cost to you.
1:1 virtual therapy
Get support for stress, anxiety, and more with an 8-week program. You’ll meet weekly with a licensed therapist and, in some cases, a coach as well. Together, you’ll explore coping strategies and tools tailored to your needs. Between sessions, practice your new skills using self-care tools, like meditations.
