How it works
Schedule an appointment
Have your Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey member information available to confirm your coverage, then just answer a few questions to schedule your first call on a day and time that works best for you.
Receive a customized plan
During the first call, the therapist will ask you questions about your history, medical conditions, current concerns, and goals. They’ll use that information to tailor a program specifically for you.
Work 1-on-1 with your therapist
During the 8-week program, a dedicated therapist will teach you new skills and practice tools to help you reach your goals and enjoy more of life.
